About Our Organization

Driving Inclusive Development in Tanzania

The Rural –Urban Development Initiatives (RUDI) is a local Nongovernmental Organization (NGO) registered in Tanzani Reg. ONGO/1933 with it headquarters in Dar es salaam, Tanzania.
RUDI has presence in 26 Regions of Tanzania supporting over 100,000 farmers organized in 400 groups. RUDI is ISO 9001:2015 Certified as providers of Business Development and Professional Capacity Building Services to smallholder farmers using a value chain approach. RUDI has vast experience in the Maize, Paddy/rice, Sunflower and Horticulture
value chains.
